COVID 19 Plan

Updated 5-15-2020

DRBA/DSC Customers,

Following the Governor’s recent announcement there will be some positive changes to allow our players to get back on the field and ready for what we believe will still be a season. To ensure the safety of you, our staff, and other athletes, we are implementing processes and procedures to meet local, state, and national health organization guidelines as follows:

Please note, you are not obligated to come in for lessons, practices, clinics or any programs if you do not feel comfortable doing so. Your child WILL NOT be penalized for not participating for this reason.

ASSESSMENT: If you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or EXHIBIT ANY of the following symptoms please refrain from making an appointment. You WILL NOT be allowed to return for 14 days or equivalent to the amount of days since last exposed. We trust that you will be honest with us as you were to tell us originally.

Symptoms: Fever, Tiredness, Dry cough, Aches & Pains, Congested/Runny nose, Sore throat, Diarrhea, etc.

SAFETY: Everyone will wear masks for at least the next couple weeks during lessons, practices, camps, clinics, etc.

Beginning Friday, May 15th, EZ Facility scheduling will go back to half hour spacing. We will get back to our regularly scheduled programs on your calendar such as structured hitting, pitching programs, arm care/fielding and also practices. We are cleared to do multiple lessons inside and out of the facility. Our staff will be utilizing a “(10 in – 10) out” protocol.

INDOOR DRBA FACILITY – will now be utilized for all lessons, hitting, pitching, fielding, etc. We are now able to host several lessons but still must maintain 10 or less people in there at a time. When accessing the Indoor Facility, please use the gate near the field and go through the third base side dugout then exit through the first base side dugout.

OUTSIDE SPORTS COMPLEX FIELDS – will now be utilized for all lessons, hitting, pitching, fielding, etc. when there are no scheduled practices. When there are scheduled practices follow guidelines below:

Indoor Facility – Team practices ONLY Field 1 – Utilized for lessons ONLY, Field 2 – “Overflow” from Indoor facility,
